Mountains to Shores – 3 Days Between Ida Outanane and the Atlantic Coast

Atlantic Shores

Duration: 3 Days

2 Person Minimum

Overview

This 3-day tour invites you on an immersive journey through mountain ranges, Berber villages, and the wild Atlantic coastline. From Marrakech to the unspoiled Ida Outanane region, with its waterfalls, peaceful dam, and coastal roads leading to Sidi Kaouki and Essaouira, discover the authentic heart of Morocco—where nature, culture, and relaxation meet.

Tour Plan

After breakfast, head by vehicle toward the Ida Outanane mountains. Stop to visit Morocco’s ancient collective beehives, then continue to the village of Tizgui n’Cherfa for lunch with a local family. In the afternoon, explore the stunning waterfalls of Ida Outanane, surrounded by majestic landscapes. Arrive at your hotel, check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.

Explore the beautiful surroundings, then continue via the My Abdellah dam to reach the Atlantic coast. Stop in Temanar for lunch. In the afternoon, drive along the scenic coastal road passing through several Haha tribe villages before arriving in Sidi Kaouki. Check into your inn, dinner, and overnight stay.

Enjoy free time to explore the peaceful city of Essaouira—its fishing port, ramparts (Scala), and medina. After lunch, return to Marrakech through a series of small towns. Arrive in the late afternoon, check into your hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.
